We have examined all the documents and requests received for transfer, transmission, transposition, sub-division, consolidation, renewal and endorsement of calls/allotment of monies relating to MIVEN MACHINE TOOLS LIMITED ("MMTL" or "Company") maintained by BGSE Financials Limited, Bangalore, the Registrar and Transfer Agents ("RTA")during the half year ended March 31, 2019 for the purpose of compliance with the provisions of Regulation 40(9) and 40(11) of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the listing agreement entered into by Miven Machine Tools Limited with the SSE Limited. Based on the information provided by the RTA and the Company, we hereby certify as under:

• a) Company has received Five (5) requests for relating to the transfer of shares and has processed the same within the stipulated timelines;;

• b) Company has received one (1) request for sub-division, consolidation, renewal and endorsement of calls/allotment of monies of securities held either in dematerialised form or physical form and has processed the same within the stipulated timelines.

• c) Company has received Nine (9) requests for the deletion of name of the deceased holder of securities, where the securities are held in the name of two or more holders of securities and has processed the same within the stipulated timelines;

• d) Company has received one (1) request for transposition of securities, when there is a change in the name of two or more holders of securities and has processed the request within the stipulated timelines.
