This is to inform you that Mr. Anand Kamlapur (DIN: 00474775) Independent director of the company has received an email dated March 04, 2022 from the Independent Directors Databank stating that as per the rules, the said Independent Director could not clear the self proficiency assessment within two years from the date of registeration and that they will proceed with deactivation of his account as per the existing rules. As the result of this, Mr. Anand Kamlapur ceases to be an independent director of the company and he will continue to be non executive director.
