• Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting and Intimation of Appointment of Secretarial Auditors, Internal Auditors & Tax Auditors of the Company under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereof, we hereby inform you of the following:

1. Appointment of the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2025‐26.

The Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of Audit Committee, at its meeting held today on 02/02/2026, approved the appointment of M/s. V.N. Vasani & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, (A Peer Reviewed Firm) Rajkot as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.

2. Appointment of the Internal Auditors of the Company for the Five Consecutive Financial Years i.e., 2025‐26 to 2029‐30:

The Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of Audit Committee, at its meeting held today on 02/02/2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Nirav D. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the Five Consecutive Financial Years i.e., 2025-26 to 2029-30.

3. Appointment of the Tax Auditors of the Company for the Financial Years 2025‐26.

The Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of Audit Committee, at its meeting held today on 02/02/2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Milind Nyati & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Tax Auditors of the Company for the Financial Years 2025-26.

The above information is also being made available on the Company’s website in compliance with applicable provisions.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 with regard to change in Auditors is enclosed herewith Annexure I.
