ANNOUNCEMENT 30/6/2017: BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING RESOLUTIONS

Mitsides Public Company Limited announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30/6/2017, examined issues related to the Group's operations and decided to sign a non‐binding Memorandum of Understanding for the sale of a majority stake in the Serbian subsidiary company Mitsides Point. D.o.o. to a foreign investor.
