ANNOUNCEMENT 08/08/2014 : PROFIT WARNING

In accordance with the regulations of the CSE and the SEC, Mitsides Public Company Limited announces that the results of the Group for the period from 01/01/2014 to 30/06/2014, will be significantly lower than the results for the corresponding period of 2013. The decrease is mainly attributed to a decrease in the gross profit margins in the Flour Department of the Serbian subsidiary company Mitsides Point Doo.
