Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 13/2/2019, examined the progress of the Group's operations. During the meeting, Mr. Chrysostomos P. Mitsides resigned from his post as Executive Director of the company's Board of Directors, for personal reasons. The company's Board, Management and personnel expressed their deep gratitude towards Mr. Chrysostomos P. Mitsides for his long service and elected Mr Petros Chr. Mitsides as a new Executive member of the Board.
