ANNOUNCEMENT 26/10/2016 : BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING RESOLUTIONS

Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 26/10/2016, decided on the appointment of two new members of the Board. In particular, the Board appointed Mr. Alexandros Lysandrou as an executive Director and Mr. Stephos Stephanides as a non-executive, independent Director of the Board. The Board also examined, among others, the progress of operations of the Group, as well as of the Serbian subsidiary Mitsides Point D.o.o..
