Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 20/12/2016, decided on the appointment of Mr. Stephos Stephanides as President of the Audit Committee. The Board also examined, among others, the progress of operations of the Group, as well as of the Serbian subsidiary Mitsides Point D.o.o..
