ANNOUNCEMENT 11/ 8/ 2017: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESOLUTIONS

The 11th Annual General Meeting of Mitsides Public Company Limited, which was held on Friday, 11 August 2017, discussed and resolved on the following:

1. Examined and approved the Directors' Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2016.
1. Approved the election of Alexandros Lysandrou and Stephos Stephanides and the re-election of retiring Marios Demetriades as Directors of the Board.
1. Approved the Directors' remuneration for 2017.
1. Examined and approved the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd as the company's auditors for 2017 and authorised the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration.
