MITON UK MICROCAP TRUST PLC (the "Company")

REDEMPTION PRICE

Further to the announcement made on 26 June 2019, the redemption price for the 28 June 2019 redemption point, calculated in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, is 53.92 pence per ordinary share, being the cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 27 June 2019.

The Company expects to make a further announcement during the course of next week setting out the expected timetable for the proposed cancellation of the Company's share premium account and, subject to the requisite shareholder and Court approvals, the redemption and cancellation of the ordinary shares that are subject to valid redemption requests.
