Notice of results and potential equity issuance

The board of directors (the "Directors") of Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc (the "Company") announce that the Company's half year results for the period to 31 October 2015 are expected to be published on 17 December 2015.

Partly in response to incoming investor enquiries, the Directors also wish to announce that they are actively considering an issue of additional equity by the Company. The current intention is that the proposed fundraising will take place in the first quarter of 2016, subject to prevailing market conditions and investor demand, and the Directors are considering whether the Company's shareholders would be best served if the proposed fundraising took the form of an issue of C shares. An announcement giving further details will be made in due course.
