Issue of Ordinary Shares

Further to its announcement on 4 August 2015, Miton UK MicroCap Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has today issued 503,687 of its ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to its block listing facility. The Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 53.7 pence per Ordinary Share, a 2% premium to the closing net asset value (cum income) per Ordinary Share on 7 August 2015.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises 108,503,687 Ordinary Shares and this is the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company.

This figure (108,503,687) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
