Further to the announcement on 1 November 2016, and in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), the Company hereby notifies the market that, as at 30 November 2016, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company were as follows:

* These figures include 6,401,860 shares currently held in the Company's employee benefit trust, which are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation. 

The total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
