Mitie Group plc - Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 250,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 27 February 2015 and trading will commence on 2 March 2015.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

Mitie Group plc Executive Share Option Scheme	250,000

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Shares.
