MITIE Group PLC - Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 1,300,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 31 October 2013 and trading will commence on 1 November 2013.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

Scheme	Shares
MITIE Group PLC Savings Related Share Option Scheme	1,300,000

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Shares.
