The Company announces the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.
On 10 June 2021, Phil Bentley received a total of 722,847 Ordinary Shares in the Company following the vesting of a conditional award granted on 25 June 2019 under the Mitie Group Deferred Bonus Plan.
Following completion of the rights issue on 29 July 2020, the number of shares comprised within the conditional award was adjusted in-line with the accepted standard methodology.
