In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has today been notified that the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the 'Plan') acquired ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 280.40 pence per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'), on behalf of the persons listed below:
