MITIE Group PLC (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each ("Shares"):

Further to the announcement made on 28 May 2013, on 9 July 2013 the following Directors sold the Shares received in the Company pursuant to awards made under the MITIE Group Deferred Bonus Plan in May 2011.

(b)        Suzanne Claire Baxter is beneficially interested in 213,607 Ordinary Shares (0.06%) of the Company; and

(c)         William Robson is beneficially interested in 1,623,755 Ordinary Shares (0.44%) of the Company.
