MITIE Group PLC (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has today been notified that the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the 'Plan') acquired ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 284.60 pence per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'), on behalf of the persons listed below:
