Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company notes that Derek Mapp has been appointed independent non-executive director and chair-designate of the Board of Eurocell PLC ("Eurocell"), effective 16 May 2022. Derek will also become a member of Eurocell's Nomination and Remuneration Committees from this date. Following a handover period, Derek will assume the role of Chair of the Board of Eurocell and Chair of the Nomination Committee of Eurocell effective 1 July 2022.
