Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Director Change
Mitie Group plc today announces that Jack Boyer OBE will step down as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee effective 31 August 2018, due to his taking on new commitments, including becoming Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Bristol and Non-Executive director and Chairman designate of Seeing Machines plc.
Jennifer Duvalier will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee effective 31 August 2018.
