Board changes

Mitie is pleased to announce the appointment of Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat as a Non-Executive Director of Mitie with effect from 1 June 2017.

Nivedita is CEO, Cloud Infrastructure Services UK, Ireland and Northern Europe, for Capgemini SA, prior to which she has held senior positions at Infosys Technologies Ltd, and has been a consultant at both KPMG and PwC.

Nivedita qualified as an accountant at PwC in India and has a degree in Economics.

It is confirmed that there are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R (1) to (6) and that Nivedita does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
