Company Secretary

Mitie is pleased to announce that it has appointed Peter Dickinson as General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from 6 March 2017.  Peter joins the Company having previously been corporate partner in the London office of Mayer Brown, an international law firm, where he co-headed its global Technology Transaction practice.

Peter succeeds James Ormrod who resigned on 6 March 2017.
