Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 12, 2025, Christopher Briggs tendered his resignation from his position as the Chief Product Officer of Mitek Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) effective September 19, 2025. Mr. Briggs’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
