On June 27, 2013, Mitek Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been selected to join the Russell 3000 ® and Russell Global Indexes when Russell Investments reconstitutes its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity indexes on June 28, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
