NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION OF A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Restricted Share Plan ("PRSP")

Option Grant

The following PRSP option was granted to a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") on 23 July 2014 in respect of the FY 2014-2016 performance cycle for the PRSP, pro-rated for the period since joining the Company.

This option will be exercisable for the two year period following the end of the performance cycle, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and on payment of the option exercise price of a nominal £1. The maximum entitlement on satisfaction of the performance conditions in full is shown below:
