Change to Director's Details - Stewart Gilliland

In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mitchells & Butlers plc announces the following changes to the directorships outside the Mitchells & Butlers group held by Stewart Gilliland, one of its non-executive directors. Mr Gilliland:

·     Stepped down from the Board of Vianet Group plc on 31 December 2015;

·     Stepped down from the Board of Tulip Limited and Tulip International (UK) Ltd on 31 January 2016; and

·     Will step down from the Board of Sutton & East Surrey Water plc on 29 February 2016.
