FORMERLY, SHE SPENT MORE THAN 20 YEARS WITH TREATT, A GLOBAL INDEPENDENT INGREDIENTS MANUFACTURER LISTED ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Messina (ME), Italy – 18 th February, 2025 - Misitano & Stracuzzi S.p.A., one of the main Italian business to business (B2B) operator active at international level in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essential oils mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juice ("M&S or the "Company"), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (ISIN code IT0005603078, ticker MS), announces the appointment of Melanie Cooksey-Stott as Vice President of Sales USA effective from today. Melanie Cooksey-Stott spent more than 20 years with Treatt, a global independent ingredients manufacturer listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Antonio Stracuzzi, President and CEO of the Company, emphasized: "We are delighted to announce that Melanie Cooksey-Stott is joining our business to strengthen our efforts and solid growth pattern in the US market. About Melanie Cooksey-Stott
Graduated at Florida Southern College with degrees in both Business and Citrus, Melanie's journey has led her to work for some of the biggest names in citrus ingredients and her career has been marked by extensive travel and a commitment to sharing the knowledge she learned on a global level. In 2014, she presented at the International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades (IFEAT) conference in San Francisco showcasing her understanding of the Florida Citrus processing industry as an expert in every facet of citrus, from cultivation to their wider use in the flavor and fragrance industry. She has built her reputation for using her insights at a corporate level, more recently at Treatt, the company listed on the London Stock Exchange and global independent ingredients manufacturer and supplier to the flavour, fragrance and consumer goods industries – as Site Director.

As a reminder, in November last year, the Company has announced the finalization of the establishment of the Strategic Advisory Board with the aim of supporting the Board of Directors of M&S, as well as the entire management team, to make the best possible business decisions. The Strategic Advisory Board is as an important tool to understand and anticipate new trends and new visions who will undoubtedly accompany M&S in the next steps of expansion and development.

In December 2016, Misitano & Stracuzzi USA Corp. was established, a company incorporated under US law, wholly owned by Misitano & Stracuzzi S.p.A. M&S USA carries out distribution activities of essential oils and aromatic essences in the United States. The strategic position assumed by the subsidiary represents a key factor in the development of the Group's business.
The Company is listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., since 29th July 2024 (ISIN code IT0005603078, ticker MS). For the financial year ending December 31st, 2023, the Company's Revenues reached 59.0 million Euro, increasing by 42.2% respect to 2022's financial year and a Group net result of 7.1 million Euro.
