The performance rights are being issued
pursuant to Mirvac Group’s Deferred Short
Term Incentive Equity Plan (“Deferred STI
Plan”).
The performance rights issued pursuant to the
Deferred STI Plan will vest in two 50 per cent
tranches on 19 September 2015 and 19
September 2016, subject to the satisfaction of
certain vesting conditions.
On vesting, each performance right gives the
holder an entitlement to acquire one stapled
security in the Mirvac Group.
The Mirvac Group stapled securities issued
under the Deferred STI Plan will be acquired on
market.

Quotation agreement
