DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MIRVAC LIMITED / GENERAL MEETING OF MIRVAC PROPERTY TRUST (MGR)

Please be advised that the Boards of Mirvac Limited and Mirvac Funds Limited, as Responsible Entity for the Mirvac Property Trust have resolved that the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Members of Mirvac Limited (ABN 92 003 280 699) and a General Meeting of Members of Mirvac Property Trust (ARSN 086 780 645) will be held concurrently on Thursday, 15 November 2012 in the Wentworth Ballroom at the Sofitel, 61-101 Phillip Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 at 10.00am (Sydney time).
