CLOSURE OF THE DECEMBER 2012 INSTALMENT RECEIPT CONVERSION PERIOD

On 26 November 2012, Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] announced the commencement of the December 2012 instalment receipt conversion period. The conversion period will end at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 24 December 2012.

The next opportunity for instalment receipt holders to convert by early repayment will be June 2013.
