CLOSURE OF THE DECEMBER 2011 INSTALMENT RECEIPT CONVERSION PERIOD

On 23 November 2011, Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] announced the commencement of the December 2011 instalment receipt conversion period. The conversion period will end at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 21 December 2011.

The next opportunity for instalment receipt holders to convert by early repayment will be March 2012.
