MIRVAC’S RESPONSE TO PRESS COMMENTS

In response to commentary in the Australian media today, Mirvac Group [ASX: MGR] wishes to advise that it is currently investigating a range of opportunities domestically and internationally but no agreement has been reached with any organisation.
