MIRVAC GROUP AND JAMES FIELDING GROUP -MERGER TIMETABLE

On 12 October 2004 Mirvac Group ("MGR") and James Fielding Group ("JFG") announced that they would merge, subject to JFG securityholder and regulatory approval, via a scheme of arrangement (the "Merger"). Under the terms of the scheme, JFG securityholders receive 0.73 MGR stapled securities for every JFG stapled security they hold. Fractional entitlements to MGR stapled securities will be rounded up to the nearest whole number. MGR stapled securities issued to JFG stapled securityholders as a result of the Merger are referred to as "New MGR Securities" in the timetable below.
