Media and Stock Exchange Announcement

Mirvac's Fantastic Warwick Farm Deal

The Mirvac Group today announced it had fully leased its 31,746 square metre industrial property on Scrivener Street, Warwick Farm, following a major deal with Fantastic Furniture Limited.

The expanding furniture manufacturer has entered a three year lease for 16,500 square metres at the property, enabling it to consolidate its metal manufacturing and importing divisions.

Mirvac Group development manager Mr Stuart Penklis said the Fantastic Furniture deal provided rental income for Mirvac of just less than \$1 million a year.

"There certainly appears to be an increase of activity from tenants seeking large amounts of space along the M5 corridor, particularly in existing facilities," Mr Penklis said.

Fantastic Furniture was introduced to Mirvac by Walt Coulston and Mark Cadman of Jones Lang LaSalle.

In June this year Mirvac secured Knotts Pine, which entered into a 5 year lease taking 5,000 square metres at the Scrivener Street complex.
