Change in Mirvac Group Apportionment Percentages

As a result of the recent Simplification of the Mirvac Group, effective 13 September 2002 the apportionment percentages relevant for the two entities that form the stapled security are now:

٠	Mirvac Limited	26.5 per cent
۰	Mirvac Property Trust	$73.5$ per cent

As advised in the Explanatory Memorandum for the June 1999 merger that formed the Mirvac Group, the apportionment percentages relating to each entity up until the 12 September 2002 was:

• Mirvac Limited	32.1 per cent
• Mirvac Property Trust	$39.2$ per cent
