Closure of the March 2011 Instalment Receipt Conversion Period

On 24 February 2011, Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] announced the commencement of the March 2011 instalment receipt conversion period.

The conversion period will end at 5.00pm on 24 March 2011.

The next opportunity for instalment receipt holders to convert by early repayment will be in June 2011.
