MIRVAC COMPLETES SETTLEMENT OF A 50% INTEREST IN 8 CHIFLEY SQUARE

Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX:MGR] today advises that K-REIT Asia (“K-REIT”) has received FIRB approval to complete the purchase of a 50% interest in 8 Chifley Square and settlement has now occurred.
