SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Mirvac Group (the “Group”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Group, pending the completion of its capital raising.

Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) – Request for voluntary trading suspension

Mirvac Group ( Mirvac ) was granted a trading halt of its securities on 30 October 2008 and 3 November 2008 pending a further announcement to the market with respect to a capital raising.

Mirvac now expects to be in a position to make that announcement to the market regarding details of its capital raising before the commencement of trading on 6 November 2008. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, Mirvac hereby requests that the ASX place its securities in voluntary suspension as detailed below.

The information required to be provided under Listing Rule 17.2 is as follows:

  1. Reason for voluntary suspension – to allow Mirvac to effect a capital raising.

  2. Duration of the voluntary suspension – Mirvac expects to make an announcement to the market regarding details of its capital raising before the commencement of trading on 6 November 2008.

  3. Termination of voluntary suspension – Mirvac anticipates that the voluntary suspension will cease upon the earlier of:

  4. (a) an announcement by Mirvac to the market regarding details of its capital raising; and

  5. (b) commencement of normal trading on 6 November 2008.

  6. No reason not to voluntarily suspend – Mirvac confirms that it is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be voluntarily suspended from trading as requested.
