BOARD COMMITTEE COMPOSITION CHANGES

Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) advises that following the appointment of Rosemary Hartnett to the Mirvac Board on 2 December 2024, she will also join the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Human Resources Committee with effect from 1 March 2025.
