BOARD COMMITTEE COMPOSITION CHANGES

Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) advises that following the appointment of James Cain to the Mirvac Board on 1 December 2023, he will also join the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Committee with effect from 1 January 2024.
