MIRVAC GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT

Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) today announced the permanent appointment of Michelle Favelle as Group Company Secretary.

Ms Favelle joined Mirvac in February 2018 as Deputy Group Company Secretary. Ms Favelle’s permanent appointment as Group Company Secretary follows the announcement on 10 December 2019 that she would be performing the role on an interim basis to allow for completion of a recruitment process.
