DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS – JOHN PETERS AND ELANA RUBIN

Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] today announced that, as part of its board succession planning, Mr John Peters and Ms Elana Rubin will resign from the Mirvac Board and relevant committees, effective following the close of the Mirvac Annual General and General Meetings (AGM) on 19 November 2019.

Mirvac Chairman, Dr John Mulcahy commented, “Both John and Elana have made a significant contribution to the Board and its committees over their tenure, and on behalf of the Board and management of Mirvac, I thank both John and Elana for their valuable contribution and support.

“Elana joined the Board in November 2010, with John joining a year later in 2011. Since assuming their roles, their dedication and commitment to Mirvac has been invaluable and they have helped steer the Group to the successful position it holds today.

“These changes are in line with our Board renewal process as mentioned at our 2018 AGM and follow the appointments of Jane Hewitt and Peter Nash to the Board last year,” said Dr Mulcahy.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.16.2 (b), Mirvac advises that Ms Elana Rubin will cease to be a member of the Board’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee on 19 November 2019.
