MIRVAC GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT

Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) today announced the resignation of Group Company Secretary, Sean Ward. Michelle Favelle will assume the role on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is appointed, following a recruitment process. Both Ms Favelle’s appointment and Mr Ward’s resignation take effect on 13 December 2019.

Mirvac CEO & Managing Director, Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz thanked Mr Ward for his significant contribution to Mirvac and welcomed the interim appointment of Ms Favelle.

“Sean has held the role of Group Company Secretary for close to seven years, during which time he has provided vital support to the Mirvac Board and Executive Leadership Team in implementing and overseeing best practice corporate governance for the Group. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.

“As Deputy Group Company Secretary, Michelle is ideally placed to assume the role of Group Company Secretary until a formal appointment is made.”
