EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM APPOINTMENT

Mirvac Group (Mirvac) [ASX: MGR] has today announced the appointment of Bay Warburton to its Executive Leadership Team as Head of Stakeholder Relations.

In this newly created position, Bay will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s strategic partnerships with government, as well as investor and media relations.

Bay brings a wealth of experience from the public and private sectors, including six years with the NSW Government as Chief of Staff to the Premier (2014-2017) and Chief of Staff to the Treasurer (2011-2014). He has also held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson and eBay Australia.

Mirvac’s CEO & Managing Director, Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, commented, “I am delighted to welcome Bay to our Executive Leadership Team. His appointment will enable us to build on our strong reputation, and ensure early and effective engagement with the stakeholders who are critical to Mirvac’s ongoing success, as we continue to collaborate with our partners and deliver outstanding urban assets.”

Bay will commence his role as Head of Stakeholder Relations on 7 August 2017.
