MIRVAC APPOINTS HEAD OF OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL

Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] is pleased to announce the appointment of Campbell Hanan as Head of Office & Industrial, following an extensive internal and external selection process.

Campbell joins Mirvac from Investa Office where he held the role of CEO from 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience in the property and funds management industry, 12 of which were with Investa, where Campbell served in a number of senior positions. As CEO, Investa Office, Campbell was responsible for its $9 billion commercial office management business.

Mirvac’s CEO and Managing Director, Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, commented, “I am very pleased to welcome Campbell to the Mirvac team. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role and has an impressive track record in wholesale managed funds and asset management.

“Campbell’s appointment will strengthen our executive leadership team and he will be of great value to Mirvac as we continue to drive our strategic direction,” said Ms Lloyd-Hurwitz.

Campbell will commence his role on 1 March 2016.

Andrew Butler will remain responsible for overseeing the investment management function for the Mirvac Property Trust office portfolio.
