COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION – NATALIE ALLEN

Mirvac Group ("Mirvac") [ASX: MGR] advises that Ms Natalie Allen has resigned from the position of Company Secretary effective at close of business today.

Mirvac thanks Ms Allen for her significant contribution over the past three years as General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Group.

Mr Sean Ward is continuing as Group Company Secretary.
