RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As foreshadowed to the market on 14 November 2013, Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] advised that Mr James MacKenzie, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Mirvac Board. The effective date for Mr MacKenzie’s resignation was 5.00pm on 30 January 2014.

Mirvac also advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.2 (b), that Mr MacKenzie has resigned from the Board’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
