MIRVAC APPOINTS COMPANY SECRETARY

Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Ward as joint Group Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Sean joined Mirvac in April 2013 as head of Company Secretariat. Sean has over 13 years corporate experience, and prior to joining Mirvac, he fulfilled Company Secretarial roles at Westpac Group.

Natalie Allen, Mirvac’s General Counsel, is continuing as Group Company Secretary.
