CHANGE TO THE BOARD AUDIT, RISK AND COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.2 (b), Mirvac Group [ASX: MGR] advises that Mr Richard Turner has retired from the Board’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Mr Turner’s retirement is effective close of business on 31 August 2012.
